How many subwoofers do I need?

In order to keep the sound balanced we usually recommend that clients start with 2 of those, however if space and budget is a constraint we have seen many events set up 1 subwoofer in the middle between 2 PA Speakers it works great. We have seen small events with up to 70 guests get great results from 2 speakers and 1 subwoofer.

Ideally for events with more than 70 guests, larger venues and outdoors we recommend 2 subwoofers or bigger systems based on the venue and type of the event.
